Disk Beads
Disk beads are thin, flat rounds drilled through the center, so they stack face to face into a tight, sleek strand or slip between larger beads as spacers. Close cousins of heishi and slimmer than most rondelles, they give a bracelet a clean, layered edge. Ruby zoisite, chevron amethyst, lapis lazuli, larvikite, olivine jade, moss agate, rainbow fluorite and lava are cut as disks, sold by the strand.
