UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box please do not choose a UPS shipping option at checkout. If a UPS shipping is chosen at checkout with a PO Box address, we will change shipping method to a comparable USPS service.
If you have special delivery instructions such as a safe location to leave the package, a gate code, etc., place a note in your cart before checkout and we will add it as a memo on your shipping label. Please limit the message to no more than 35 characters.
Domestic packages lost 'In Transit' by the shipping carrier are covered by us and a duplicate order will be sent or store credit issued.
Once a package has been deemed 'Delivered' or 'Available for Pickup' by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for the package.
Depending on the value of the order and your purchase history, we may add signature confirmation tracking to ensure that the package is not left unattended at your doorstep.
Packages returned to us for incorrect addresses, unavailability to receive a package, or delivery refusal will be subject to a shipping charge and restocking fee in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout. If rates are not configured for your country, please contact us.
USPS has recently suspended service to some countries, if this is the case for your country then the package will be shipped via GlobalPost.
Tejas Beads is not responsible for customs and import taxes.
Tejas Beads is not responsible for packages once they have left the United States.
