Shipping Policy

Orders ship Monday–Friday from our shop in Easthampton, MA. We do our best to ship the same day or the next business day.

Minimum order: $10 (before taxes and shipping).
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

Please note: Packages shipped to certain destinations (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore locations) may experience slower delivery times with USPS Ground Advantage.

Delivery Security & Insurance

If your address is prone to delivery issues or theft, we strongly recommend adding Signature Confirmation to your order. This ensures the carrier does not leave your package unattended. [Click here to add Signature Confirmation].

Important Carrier Notes

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a UPS method is selected with a PO Box address, we will automatically switch it to a comparable USPS service.
If you have special delivery instructions (safe drop location, gate code, etc.), please add them as a note in your cart before checkout. Limit notes to 35 characters.

Lost or Missing Packages

In Transit:
- Domestic Orders: If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or store credit after 15 days from the shipping date and at least 7 days after the last tracking update, provided the shipping information entered at checkout was accurate and complete. Timeframes may be extended during holiday seasons, for orders shipped outside of the lower 48 states, or periods of carrier-related delay.
- International Orders: Replacements or store credit may be issued after 60 days from the shipping date and at least 7 days since the last tracking update, provided the shipping information entered at checkout was accurate and complete.
Delivered: Once a package is marked Delivered or Available for Pickup by the carrier, our obligation is fulfilled and we are no longer responsible.
Reporting Window: Missing package concerns must be reported within 1 week of the delivery scan so we can open a case with the carrier.
Signature Requirement: Depending on order value and purchase history, we may add signature confirmation at our discretion to prevent unattended deliveries.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

Packages returned for reasons such as:

Incorrect shipping address
Recipient unavailable
Delivery refusal
Vacant

…will be processed as a return and subject to our standard [Returns & Refunds Policy].

Please note: Tejas Beads is not responsible for non-delivery caused by customer-provided address errors.

International Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping does not apply.
If USPS has suspended service to your country, shipments will be sent via GlobalPost.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
Tejas Beads is not responsible for packages once they have left the United States.
