Online Orders
We gladly accept returns of products in their original condition, up to 30 days from the delivery date, if you are not satisfied for any reason.
In-Store Purchases
All items purchased at our retail store are final sale.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges—only returns.
How to Make a Return

Log into your customer account using the same email address used to place your order.

Locate the order and click the “Request Return” button.

Follow the prompts, and submit your return request. We will respond to your request via email within 1 business day.
* Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.
** Returns requests can only be initiated through our website, not the mobile app.
*** Returns from online orders cannot be processed in our retail store and must be mailed back to the return address provided in the return approval email.
Conditions of Return

Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition.

Bead strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way.

Tags must remain attached.

Packaged products must be unopened.
Additional Terms

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Shipping Charges:

If a return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

If a large portion or all of an order is returned, our full cost of shipping may be deducted.

Damaged Returns: Items damaged in transit due to negligent packing will have the loss of value deducted from the refund.

Processing & Restocking Fees:

We reserve the right to charge a $1 per SKU restocking fee, or a flat 20% restocking fee on returns we deem excessive.

Payment processing fees that are not reimbursed to us may also be deducted from the refund.

Discount Adjustments: We reserve the right to recalculate an order’s value based on unreturned items and apply discounts accordingly, as posted on our website at the time of purchase.

Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned for reasons such as incorrect addresses, vacancy, delivery refusal, or order cancellations after processing, will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.
