At Tejas Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
If you are seeking to return please follow the steps below:
- Highlight or clearly mark on the invoice the return items.
- Take a photo of the items.
- Email the marked invoice and photos to email@example.com.
We will respond to your return request promptly.
Conditions of returns:
- Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Beads must be in their original condition.
- Strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way.
- Packaged products must be unopened.
- Items marked 'Clearance' are not refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns that cause the value of an order to drop below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping.
- Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the sender. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time.
For returns on large quantity orders that received discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate an orders value and apply eligible discounts based on the unreturned items.
Damaged items due to negligent packaging will not be refunded.
Examples of unacceptable packaging include:
- Items sent in a box without packing materials.
- Items sent in a letter envelope.
- Items sent in a document envelope.
Examples of acceptable packaging include:
- Items sent in a box with packing paper or bubble wrap.
- Items sent in a bubble mailer envelope for smaller non-fragile items.
