At Tejas Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
Conditions of returns:
- Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We understand that there can be mail delays, so as long as your package is postmarked within that time frame we will gladly accept your return.
- Items returned after 14 days are eligible for store credit.
- Beads must be in their original condition. Strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way. Packaged products must be unopened.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the sender. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time.
If you are seeking a return please follow the steps below:
- Highlight or clearly mark on the invoice which items you'll be returning.
- Take a photograph of items you'll be returning.
- Email us a copy of the in marked invoice and merchandise photos. Include a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond to your return request promptly.
- Pack both the marked invoice and merchandise securely and send it to the address below.
- Email us with the shipment tracking information.
Once we receive the return we will email you with a breakdown of the refund.
