At Tejas Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
Conditions of returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. We understand that there can be mail delays, so as long as your package is postmarked within that time frame we will gladly accept your return.
- Beads must be in their original condition. Strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way. Packaged products must be unopened.
- Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the sender and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time.
Refunds can be processed by crediting the original payment method or by issuing store credit.
If you are seeking a return please follow the steps below:
- Highlight or clearly mark on the invoice which items you'll be returning.
- Take a photograph of items you'll be returning, and a photo or scan of the marked invoice.
- Email us the photos/scans and include a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond to your return request promptly.
- Pack the invoice and merchandise securely and send it to the address below.
- Email us with the shipment tracking information.
Once we receive the return you'll receive an email with a breakdown of the refund.
