For businesses we offer sales-tax exemption and the below discounts for online and in-store purchases.
- 20% discount with minimum purchase of $100+
- 25% discount with minimum purchase of $300+
- 30% discount with minimum purchase of $400+
**Discounts and tax-exemptions cannot be applied to past orders. Once your application has been verified and approved, your account will be configured for future orders.
To apply for the sales-tax exemption and discount please follow the instruction below.
Email the two documents below to info@tejasbeads.com:
- A valid and unexpired copy of your State Issued Sales Tax Permit.
- Completed Sales Tax Exemption Form or your states sales tax exemption form.
Note: You must send us a scan or legible photo of your state issued Sales Tax Permit. Your Sales Tax ID number alone is not sufficient.
In the tax exemption form, enter the state abbreviation in the second part of section 1 for the state that you are claiming exemption in and then complete the rest of the form.
Please DO NOT submit your Federal EIN notice or Article of Organization for your LLC.
Even if we are not currently collecting sales taxes in your state, we still require a valid sales tax permit to configure your account with the discount.
Depending on your state, the Sales Tax Permit may be called:
- Sales Tax and Use Permit
- Resale Certificate
- Reseller Permit
- Certificate of Authority
All submitted Sales Tax Permits are verify with the issuing state and your Sales Tax Permit must have an 'Active' Status. 'Inactive' permits will not be accepted.
Once your 'Active' permit status has been verified, we will configure your account with access to the discount and tax-exempt status. At that time you will receive an email with details.
