Moonstone is a gemstone that has been used in jewelry for centuries. Its unique iridescent sheen resembles the light of the moon, hence its name. Moonstone is composed of two minerals: feldspar and quartz.

Moonstone is believed to have a number of mystical properties, including the ability to promote success, good fortune, and wisdom. It is also said to promote peace, harmony, and balance.

Moonstone is available in a range of colors, from white to yellow to pink. Moonstone has a Mohs hardness rating of 6-6.5 so it's relatively hard but care should be taken against abrasions.
