Shipping Information
Orders ship Monday–Friday from our shop in Easthampton, Massachusetts. We strive to ship all orders the same day or the next business day.
Minimum order: $10 (before taxes and shipping)
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50
U.S. Shipping Options
USPS Ground Advantage – 3 to 7 business days – $4.99
USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 5 business days – $12.99
UPS Ground – 3 to 7 business days – $14.99
Please note: Packages shipped to certain destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore locations, may experience slower delivery times with USPS Ground Advantage.
International, U.S. Territories, and Outlying Islands
Shipping rates for international and non-continental U.S. destinations are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping promotions do not apply to these orders.
Delivery Security and Insurance
If your delivery location is prone to package theft or delivery issues, we strongly recommend adding Signature Confirmation to your order so the carrier does not leave your package unattended. Shipping insurance is also available for purchase if you would like additional protection. You can find options for both Signature Confirmation and Shipping Insurance on our Shipping page, accessible from the footer of our website.
Shipping insurance is an optional add-on and must be included in your cart at checkout to apply. Coverage is provided through a third-party insurer (ShipWorks/InsureShip) and is subject to their terms, conditions, and exclusions. Claims are handled by the insurance provider. Orders placed without this add-on ship without third-party insurance.
Important Carrier Notes
UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a UPS shipping method is selected with a PO Box address, we will automatically switch the order to a comparable USPS service.
If you have special delivery instructions such as a gate code or safe drop location, please add them as a note in your cart before checkout. Please limit notes to 35 characters.
Lost or Missing Packages
In Transit – Domestic Orders
If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or store credit after 15 days from the shipping date and at least 7 days since the last tracking update, provided the shipping information entered at checkout was accurate and complete. Timeframes may be extended during holiday seasons, for orders shipped outside of the lower 48 states, or during periods of carrier delay.
In Transit – International Orders
Replacements or store credit may be issued after 60 days from the shipping date and at least 7 days since the last tracking update, provided the shipping information entered at checkout was accurate and complete.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered or Available for Pickup by the carrier, our responsibility is fulfilled and we are no longer liable for the package.
Reporting Window
Any missing package concerns must be reported within three days of the delivery scan so we can open a case with the carrier.
Signature Requirement
Depending on order value and purchase history, we may add signature confirmation at our discretion to help prevent unattended deliveries.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
Packages returned for reasons such as:
Incorrect shipping address
Recipient unavailable
Delivery refusal
Vacant address
will be processed as returns and subject to our standard Returns and Refunds Policy.
Please note: Tejas Beads is not responsible for non-delivery caused by customer-provided address errors.
International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
If USPS has suspended service to your country, shipments will be sent via GlobalPost.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Tejas Beads is not responsible for packages once they have left the United States.
