We offer sales-tax exemption and the following wholesale discounts for both online and in-store purchases:
- 20% off with a minimum purchase of $100+
- 25% off with a minimum purchase of $300+
- 30% off with a minimum purchase of $400+
Note: Discounts and tax exemptions cannot be applied to past orders. Once your application has been reviewed, verified, and approved, your account will be configured for future orders only.
How to Apply for Sales-Tax Exemption & Wholesale Discounts
Please email the two documents listed below to info@tejasbeads.com.
Your wholesale account will be set up under the email address from which these documents are sent.
Required Documents
- A valid, unexpired copy of your state-issued Sales Tax Permit
- A completed Sales Tax Exemption Form (or your state’s official sales tax exemption form)
Important Requirements
- You must submit a scan or clear, legible photo of your state-issued Sales Tax Permit. Your Sales Tax ID number alone is not sufficient.
- On the tax exemption form, enter the state abbreviation in the second part of Section 1 for the state in which you are claiming exemption, then complete the remainder of the form.
- Please DO NOT submit your Federal EIN notice or Articles of Organization for your LLC.
- Even if we are not currently collecting sales tax in your state, we still require a valid Sales Tax Permit to configure your account with the discount.
Permit Naming by State
Depending on your state, your Sales Tax Permit may be called:
- Sales Tax and Use Permit
- Resale Certificate
- Reseller Permit
- Certificate of Authority
- Vendor’s License
All submitted Sales Tax Permits will be verified with the issuing state. Your permit must have an “Active” status. Inactive permits will not be accepted.
Approval & Next Steps
After verification of your active permit, your account will be configured for wholesale discounts and tax-exempt status. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with details once the process is complete.
