Moonstone is available in a range of colors, from white to yellow to pink. Moonstone has a Mohs hardness rating of 6-6.5 so it's relatively hard but care should be taken against abrasions.

This is another beautiful stone that I have in almost every size. I used the 8mm to make a birthday necklace for my sister, which she loves, and have the 10mm on order for a necklace for myself. They also make lovely stitch markers.
