These natural hematite beads have been electroplated giving them a brilliant light gold, almost pyrite like color.

These faceted round beads have a pale champagne gold metallic finish, and they make great spacers that add a little weight to your designs. Hematite is an iron oxide mineral and the main ore of iron, so the beads feel heavy for their size, and the electroplated coating gives them their pale champagne gold color. In metaphysical belief, hematite is associated with grounding, focus and strength.

Pretty beads. Also purchased these in silver and bright gold finishes. Only reason for one less star is because the photo made the beads look much darker than the actual strand I received. Still nice though, I will absolutely use them
