Excellent product. Bead count: 87 8mm Garnet, 21 Kapala (human skull) beads, 108 total. I also bought a White Jade 10mm Guru Bead for it. But it left the overall subdued tone of the mala too wan. So it goes into my bead box, to be replaced by one of Red Jasper.

The string of beads are well matched and extremely smooth and silky to the touch. The holes are cleanly drilled with no rough edges. I would have given the review a 5 except for the fact that the red color is so dark, it almost appears to be a blackish-brown stone instead.

Bought these in 4mm and they are stunning. Cannot wait to add them into my latest project. Will absolutely be buying more.

These are opaque. In the reference picture they appear translucent, which is what I was going for.
