This natural fancy jasper, also known as Indian agate has not been treated to enhance color or clarity in any way.

These smooth round beads mix forest green, teal, mauve, rust and cream, so every bead looks different. Fancy jasper is a microcrystalline member of the quartz family, a dense, fine-grained stone colored by iron and other minerals that were trapped as it formed. In metaphysical belief, fancy jasper is associated with grounding, stability and joy.

Fancy Jasper Beads with Rich Luster and Lovely Colors

I mixed different shapes and diameters of Fancy Jasper and green Adventurine to create this set. Jasper is a wonderful semi-precious stone for deep luster, smooth texture, hardness (durability), and wide variety in color and pattern.
