Amber is a yellow to brownish color, often transparent, and composed of fossilized botanical resins. Amber often contains fragments of plant material and has been known to preserve insects dating back to the Cretaceous period.
I love, love these cubesque beads. The are beautiful. Not only are the beads excellent but service is too. AND I found an insect in one of my beads. A whole perfect prehistoric insect. I am over the moon.

These are lovely and as described. Warm golden yellow goes a long way with turquoise and coral. loved the first strand so much I came back and bought another! The cubes are very nice to work with, very smooth.
