Beautifully striped gray and brown stone with circular ring patterns - truly eye catching! Botswana Agate has long been associated in crystal lore with comfort, protection, and unconditional love.

Agate is a translucent variety of banded microcrystalline quartz. The name agate comes from the Achates River in Sicily, where these stones were found in ancient times. Agates in general are also linked with stability and strength.
