Prior to becoming a stone, Mookaite was a deep oceanic bottom-mud made up of skeletal fragments from marine microorganisms. Over millions of years and with sea-level change the siliceous ooze was cemented together forming Mookaite. 

The word Mookaite originated from the Aborigines, and means 'running water', referring to the Mooka Creek where it is found.

Very cute but some hearts are broken/misshaped/hole not screwed in the center.

Very cute but some hearts arrived broken. This has happened with a few different heart gemstones I’ve ordered. It seems fair that they would remove broken/cracked/misshaped hearts instead of passing the loss to the customer.
