Hypersthene is a Canadian magnesium-iron silicate known for it's grayish-black color and a vitreous to pearly luster. It is commonly found in igneous and metamorphic rocks and has a distinctive metallic-like sheen known as "schiller" when polished. Hypersthene is believed to have metaphysical properties, including promoting clarity and calmness.

Most beautiful beads, fair pricing, and the best customer service ever!

I bought beautiful Hypersthene beads from Tejas Beads some years ago. Around December I asked (by email) if they could get any more similar to what I got before and they said they’d keep an eye out…

Around a few months later they had a number of very beautiful Hypersthene beads available. Hypersthene beads are hard to find but they did it and quick. 👍
