Returns

At Tejas Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Shopping online for such highly visual products can be challenging. We gladly accept returns of products in their original condition if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges, only returns.

To make a return, please follow the steps below

  1. Login to your customer account using the same email address that you used to place the order.
  2. Once in your customer account, locate the order and press the 'Request return' button and follow the steps.

We will promptly respond to your return request via email.

    Conditions of returns

    • Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days.
    • Items must be in their original condition.
      • Beads strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way.
      • Tags cannot be cut off.
      • Packaged products must be unopened.
    Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We do not offer return shipping labels.

       

      Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, if a returns causes the value of an order to drop below the free shipping threshold then a shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Damaged Returns: Items damaged in transit due to negligent packing will have the loss of value deducted from the refund amount.

      Bulk Lots: When returning Bulk Lots (which is any listing that the has word 'Bulk' in the title) the entire quantity of the lot must be returned.

      Restocking fee: While we seldom enact it, we reserve the right to charge a $1 per sku restocking fee on any return that we deem to be excessive.

      This fee may also apply to packages returned to us for incorrect addresses, unavailability to receive a package, delivery refusal, and cancellation of an order after it has been processed.
